Wilton's is semi-derelict. Only 60% of the space is safe, and in use. In its present condition Wilton's is extremely vulnerable to vandalism and further decay. At the current rate of decay the building will cease to be accessible in the next three years. We only have half a roof, walls are crumbling and floors have fallen in....
