There are two types of legacy you could leave:

1. A Pecuniary Legacy i.e. a specified amount listed in your will
2. A Residuary Legacy i.e. a share of the remainder of the estate after all other payments have been made

The normal words used for these types of legacy might be:
"I bequeath to The Wilton's Music Hall Trust, of 1 Graces Alley, E1 8JB London, registered charity number 1003041, the sum of GBP (for a pecuiary bequest)
Or: the residue of my estate (for a residuary bequest)
to be used by the Wilton's Music Hall Trust at its discretion."
