It also provided the setting for scenes in tv adaptations of Wilkie Collins' The Woman in White, Trollope's The Way We Live Now and Sarah Waters' Tipping the Velvet. Neil Jordan shot Tom Cruise here for Interview with a Vampire and Annie Lennox recreated the world of Toulouse Lautrec here for her video No More I Love Yous. David Mamet filmed Harold Pinter, Rebecca Pigeon and Sir John Gielgud in Beckett's Catastrophe (Gielgud's last work).
