Dmytro Morykit is delighted to return to Wilton’s to perform his incredible piano concert alongside the iconic Metropolis by Fritz Lang, a masterpiece of cinema consistently voted amongst the top films of all time. Morykit brings the film to a modern audience with a creative and performing tour de force, providing a new way to experience Lang’s stunning cinematic images. Both music and image align seamlessly in this inspirational evening.

Directed in 1927, Metropolis, an epic film by Fritz Lang, is set in the futuristic urban dystopia of the year 2000. The city is divided between the thinkers and the workers when the son of the city's mastermind dares to fall in love with a working class prophet who pre-dicts the coming of a saviour.
