We have been 'See It Safely' approved We have been granted the use of Society Of London Theatre & UK Theatre's 'See It Safely' mark. We do not operate a cloakroom and for safety and security reasons we discourage guests from bringing large bags to Wilton's.  Guests with large bags may be denied entry to the theatre.  



Conditions Of Sale


i. You will be offered a full refund, should any performance be cancelled due to Covid-19.ii. The management reserves the right to refuse admission. All visitors to the building will be requested to wear a face covering. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering please contact us via email on info@wiltons.org.uk in advance of your visit. We ask that all audience members wear a face covering at all times when in the theatre, and when moving round the building. You will not be required to wear face coverings when seated in the front of house areas.
iii. The management reserves the right to make essential changes to the programme or casting.
iv. Photography or audio recordings are strictly prohibited.
v. Late comers may be admitted.
vi. All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable except in the event of a cancellation

You should not attend the performance and you will have until 24 hours before a performance to return or exchange your tickets for these reasons. All tickets will be e-tickets. Please be ready to show these on your mobile phone or print them and bring them with you to Wilton’s. We are not posting any tickets, and you will not be able to collect tickets from the box office. Without proof of an e-ticket we will not be able to let you enter the building.




Exchanges, Cancellations

& Refunds


If you are showing Coronavirus symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate, you should not attend the performance. You will have until 24 hours before a performance to return or exchange your tickets for these reasons. In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange tickets for another performance; if there are no alternative tickets or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative performance the full purchase cost of the ticket will be refunded. However, if the performance is cancelled due to Covid-19 you will be offered a full refund.

Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production at a cost of £3 per order (not per ticket). Tickets cannot be exchanged between productions.

Exchanges can only be requested by emailing
info@wiltons.org.uk details of the order number and when you would like to exchange to. Please note we cannot guarantee any exchange requests. We are unable to offer exchanges on tickets within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

We are unable to offer credit notes in place of an exchange or refund as we cannot transfer sales across productions.

Any previous handling or transaction charges are non-refundable.

Please check your tickets and confirmation email carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.



Ticket Delivery


All tickets will be e-tickets. You will be able to specify any access requirements during the booking process. 

When you book your ticket online you will receive a confirmation email and ticket. 

Please be ready to show your ticket(s) on your mobile phone when you arrive at Wilton’s.

We are not posting any tickets, and you will not be able to collect tickets from the box office. 

Without proof of an e-ticket we will not be able to let you enter the building.

Gift Vouchers


An online gift voucher can be purchased for any amount up to £200. When purchasing a gift voucher, it is possible to send it to yourself or directly to a recipient's email address. You can also specify the date that the Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient (within 12 months of the purchase date).

The Gift Voucher can be redeemed online at the Checkout stage. If not redeemed, Gift Vouchers will expire 24 months after the day it was sent.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online for tickets or memberships and are not accepted by the Mahogany Bar.
