Choreographer Iván Pérez
Composer Keaton Henson

Live dance and music beautifully interweave with film as the internationally acclaimed BalletBoyz make their Wilton's debut with Young Men, created by the celebrated choreographer, Iván Pérez.

Bringing to life their Rose d'Or award-winning film which chronicles the experiences of those sent to fight in The Great War, the BalletBoyz dancers burst from screen onto stage, performing to an evocative and mesmeric score by cult singer/songwriter, Keaton Henson.

Applauded the world over for vivid and vital dance productions, BalletBoyz bring this poignant and powerful hybrid of live dance and film to London  as part of the final season of 14-18 NOW, which marks the Centenary of the Armistice.

Co-commissioned by BalletBoyz, 14-18 NOW, BBC and Sadler's Wells

Running time: approx. 1hr 20mins, including a 20min interval
Age guidance: 12+ (Parental guidance recommended due to potentially upsetting scenes)

17th November

There will be a one-off pre-show talk on Saturday 17th November. Tickets are sold separately to tickets for that night's performance, and can be purchased HERE. Unreserved seating.

Join Michael Nunn OBE and William Trevitt OBE, BalletBoyz Artistic Directors, to hear about the company's four year relationship with Young Men: how it’s grown from a short film, to a full length stage work, to feature film, and why it's making a return to the stage here at Wilton's Music Hall.
